Re-dos: We understand that unexpected results can occur, and we're committed to making things right. If you're not entirely satisfied with your service, we offer a Re-do Policy. Simply schedule a follow-up appointment within 3-5 days of your original service. This re-do appointment will be provided by the same stylist at no additional cost to ensure a seamless resolution.
