Driven by a passion for hair and a desire to elevate the client experience, Joseph passed on his legacy to his son, Carl, and his daughter-in-law, Bea. Together, they founded Hair Concepts, laying the groundwork for what would become Salon Venustas.
A New Chapter with Alicia
In 2009, the baton was passed once more, as Alicia Mirando, Carl and Bea's daughter, took the helm. With fresh ideas and a deep understanding of contemporary hair trends, she transformed Hair Concepts into the sophisticated and stylish Salon Venustas.
