As the face behind Oak Salon Studio, I, Kenzie, am thrilled to share my journey with you.

Growing up, I was always fascinated by the beauty industry. As a young girl, I would watch hairstylists work their magic, mesmerized by the way they transformed people's lives. My passion for the industry only grew stronger as I entered my teenage years. I began working at a local salon near my parents' house, sweeping up hair, folding towels, and answering phones. This experience not only taught me the ins and outs of the business but also instilled in me a deep sense of dedication and hard work.

As I entered adulthood, I pursued my dream of becoming a hairstylist. I attended Xenon Academy in Omaha and graduated in 2016. Post-hair school, I assisted some of Omaha's most talented stylists, honing my skills and building a stunning clientele of my own.

In November 2019, my lifelong dream came true when I opened my very own salon studio, Oak Salon Studio. It is an honor to be my own boss and create an environment where I can indulge my passion for making my clients feel confident and beautiful.

Polices and Guidelines

We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise. At Oak Salon Studio, we strive to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining a sense of professionalism. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients, we have implemented the following policies:

• Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour notice is required when canceling any appointment. Failure to do so may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
• No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without giving prior notice, a 50% payment of the service will be required before scheduling a new appointment.
• Late Fee: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule your appointment.

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we're committed to making things right. If you're not entirely satisfied with your service, please reach out to us within 7 days, and we'll work with you to make any necessary adjustments.
